Your data stays in your building. You can check that yourself.

Tokeno is an AI server that is installed on your premises and works only inside your internal network. It opens no connections to the outside, and the server’s network view lets you confirm that at any time.

The open software base has connections to outside services by default: web search, telemetry, external text recognition and a cloud code interpreter. They are closed when the server is built, not left to the customer’s settings.

Open source

The software base is open source. You can inspect all of it.

The delivery includes hardware sized for your use, a hardened configuration, an audit trail that stands up to inspection, an update channel separate from the internet, and maintenance and support.

The software base is open source apart from NVIDIA’s driver and CUDA runtime. Every delivery comes with a bill of materials (SBOM) that lists each component and where it came from.

What the service includes

  1. Regular updatesUpdates to the software base every quarter, tested before installation.
  2. Updates without an internet connectionSigned update packages in which the model, runtime and driver have been tested together for your server.
  3. Audit reportsThe integrity of the audit log is checked on a schedule, and you receive a signed report of the result.
  1. Finnish quality evaluationAnswer quality is measured against a Finnish-language evaluation set after every model or version change.
  2. Model licence trackingModel terms of use can change without notice. We track them so that no model whose terms conflict with your contract ends up on the server.
  3. Support and response timeThe response time is written into the contract.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t present open source components as our own development work.
  • We don’t keep the administrator credentials to ourselves.
  • We don’t build undocumented dependencies that require us.
  • We don’t send usage data from the server anywhere.

The credentials
are yours.

The server is on your premises, the data is yours, and the administrator credentials are in your hands.

Every software component and its origin is listed in the bill of materials. Terms for access rights and maintenance are agreed in the delivery contract.
